Best Global Auto Glass

Came in over the weekend and got my tints , a couple days later I noticed large scratches and bubbles in my tint still. Mind you my car is brand new I literally got it over the weekend so there shouldn’t be any large scratches. I gave the tint time to heal from Friday to Thursday today and I have yet to roll down any of my windows. I came in and they were very understanding and offered to fix, but completely ignored the large scratches I was talking about and worked on a different window.Im just upset because this is my first vehicle and the scratches look horrible and I now have to pay more than I have too to remove the tint, fix the large scratches and pay for more tint. Would love to work out some type of refund it’s too much money coming out of my pocket. Update: they told me they would call me and get back to me and never did, I called them and got no answer. They keep saying bring it in so we can fix it but when I did that the first time no issues were resolved whatsoever. It’s just very sloppy work and so many large scratches on my window that I have to pay more for. I would like to get my refund via Zelle the same way I sent the money thank you!!!!

Honestly one of the worst places I been to.. They had to redo my tint like 2 times bubbles in the film they kept saying it was water and humid but I’ve had tint before and it’s never looked like that scratch’s on the tint .. by the 3 rd time I noticed that my back windshield had a hold it turns out they messed up my back windshield heaters I have a 2022 Dodge charger things aren’t cheap I left my car in good conditions they gave it to me back with a different windshield and broken clips from the back and the back windshield is not the original dodge back windshield very un organized and bad service if you can not do a job right I’m not sure why they even have a shop at this point they really can not do tint at this place horrible… they gave me my refund back but made it a big deal they wanted to remove all the tint beside the back on which they had knew they messed up my back windshield don’t waist your time ..

Don't waste your money. The quality is beyond poor. I came to tint my windows and was completely disappointed. It wasn't cut correctly so their were gaps . It was also completely covered with lint ,so it had tons of air pockets that wouldn't go away. Just go somewhere else. Not only was I their for 4 hours, but I wasted my hard earned money.
